Powerlink Mark 2 compatible cable for Bang and Olufsen

This product is a high quality audiophile cable to allow you to connect Beolab active loudspeakers (all models, either with or without displays) to your Bang and Olufsen hifi system or television. This cable will fit almost all B&O audio systems and TV's manufactured since 1990 (ie. those with Powerlink output sockets) - if you are in any doubt, please ask! This cable is available in either black or white (or in black only for the 7m and 15m lengths).

This cable is ideal for use with older Beolab speakers that have displays (such as Beolab 3000, 4500, 5000 and Penta).

Cable specifications:-

* Screened High-Purity Copper cable, available with either Black or White sheath

* Audio and Signal conductors: 7 x 0.1mm stranded copper

* Audio Screening conductors: 72 x 0.1mm stranded copper

* Data Screening conductor: 25 x 0.1mm stranded copper

* Black plastic cased 8-pin DIN plugs (white plugs on White cables) with metal inner case and gold pins

* Overall Cable Diameter: 4mm

* "Data", "Speaker On" and "Voltage Reference" signal wires connected for use with all Beolab loudspeakers

* Please note that the 100m cable reels come without fitted plugs

This cable is now also available packed on a 100 metre reel, with unterminated ends (ie. with no plugs fitted), for use when planning your home B&O installation. As this cable comes without fitted plugs, we would only recommend this option for customers who have access to skilled engineers (to solder the plugs onto the cable once it has been installed). We can also provide packs of 4 x 8pin DIN plugs (in black only) with solder connections and we can offer wiring charts with each reel of cable or pack of plugs on request to assist you with your installation.
